We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at KUCHT Appliances. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable handling real customer situations — not just answering calls, but driving solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
- Manage service cases from start to finish (not just “log and forget”)
- Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to resolve issues
- Follow up with customers to ensure things actually get fixed
- Keep clear, organized notes in our system
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own cases, not just respond to them
What We’re Looking For
- Customer service experience (appliances/service industry is a plus)
- Strong communication skills (English required, Spanish is a big plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases
- Comfortable dealing with frustrated customers and solving problems
- Tech-friendly (CRM, Google tools, spreadsheets)
